Google has just launched a second round of investments in its “Startups Black Founders Fund”. In total, there are 4 million dollars to fund Black-led tech startups in Europe.

Each startup can be awarded up to $100,000 in equity-free cash. Selected founders will also have the opportunity to connect with other entrepreneurs from all over the World and to receive ongoing Google mentorship and support.

Founders who self-identify as Black and who lead a business based in Europe can apply until April 17th (23:59 GMT).

Established in 2020, the Google for Startups Black Founders Fund supported 30 black-led startups in the first call. Since then, those companies have gone on to raise more than $63m in funding.
